Classroom Climate

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Sociální klima školní třídy“ pojednává o klimatu ve školní třídě. V teoretické části je nejdříve přiblížena terminologie a teoretický základ k dané problematice. Poté jsou popsány determinanty, jež na stav třídy v tomto směru působí. V poslední kapitole jsou uvedeny určité složky výchovně vzdělávacího procesu, jež by mohly pozitivně ovlivňovat sociální klima školní třídy. Vysvětleny jsou pojmy jako proces učení, motivace a humor ve třídě. V empirické části je pak popis provedeného výzkumného šetření. Ten se zabývá zjišťováním a následným porovnáváním vnímání sociálního klimatu učitele a žáků téže třídy. Byly stanoveny hypotézy, které byly po získání výsledků potvrzeny nebo vyvráceny.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis ,,Social climate in the classroom” describes the climate in the classroom. There is description of the terminology and the theoretical base to these problems described in the first theoretical part of the thesis. Then there are defined some factors which influence the class. There are some parts of allowance educational process discussed in the last chapter of the first part. These parts are believed to influence the social climate in the classroom in the positive way. Terms like the teaching process, motivation and humor are defined and explained. Second part of the thesis is empirical. The research is described. It is about determination and comparison of the perception of the social climate by the teacher and the students of the same class. Some hypothesis had been defined before this research so they are discussed and compared with the results of the research at the end.
