History, Survey and Analysis of Prague Restaurants Specializing in Spanish Cuisine
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit a porovnat kvalitu služeb v pražských restauracích nabízejících španělskou kuchyni. Zhodnotit je pomocí metody mystery shopping a na základě rozhovorů s majiteli restaurací zjistit, jak si vedou na aktuálním gastronomickém trhu. V závěru jsou navrhnuta případná doporučení pro tyto restaurace.
Abstract:
The main aim of this bachelor´s dissertation is to evaluate and compare the quality of Prague´s restaurantes offering spanish cuisine. To evaluate them by methods of mystery shopping and to know by interviews with owners of restaurants, how is their actual situation on the market of gastronomy. In conclusion there are suggested some possible recommendations for these restaurants.
