Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá historií a srovnáním skončení pracovního poměru výpovědí. Srovnává hlavně podmínky výpovědi a řešení pracovních sporů. Práce se také zabývá rozhodovací činností soudů.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis deals with history and comparison termination of employment by notice. Thesis mainly compare the conditions of notice and solving of labour disputes. It also describes court decision-making activity.
