Leisure time of children and young people with a view to organized sports in the Bystřice nad Pernštejnem town

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak žáci devátých tříd tráví volný čas zejména s ohledem na sportovní a zájmové organizace. Stejné zjišťování proběhlo i u dospělých, kteří v letech 1997 ? 1998 aktivně hrály za fotbalovou přípravku. Práce nejdříve popisuje volný čas a jeho funkce a role. Teoretická část dále popisuje tělovýchovné a zájmové organizace ve městě Bystřice nad Pernštejnem včetně nového záměru vybudování Centra volného času z chátrající budovy Sokolovny. V závěru teoretické části je popsána podpora sportu v České republice a srovnání podpory sportu ve Slovenské republice. V praktické části byl veden polostrukturovaný rozhovor s fotbalovými trenéry mládeže, kde byla zjišťována zejména jejich motivace k této činnosti a navržen Grant odměňování trenérů mládeže jako účinný motivátor. Dále bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření u žáků devátých tříd, jehož cílem bylo zjistit využívání volného času žáků, opět s akcentem na organizovaný sport. Bylo také provedeno dotazníkové šetření u jednotlivců s ročníkem narození 1987 ? 1988, kteří v dětství aktivně a organizovaně sportovali ve fotbalové přípravce. Cílem bylo zjistit vliv organizovaného sportu v dětství na sportování v dospělosti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuta zjištění a doporučení k jejich využití.

Abstract:

The objective of the work was to find out how 15 year old pupils spend their leisure time especially with emphasis on sport clubs and interest groups. The same survey was carried yout with adults who in the years 1997 ? 1998 played actively football within the youth club preps. The paper first describes the leisure time and its functions and roles. The theoretical part then delineates physical education clubs and special hobby organizations working in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem town including a new project to build a Leisure Centre from dilapidated building of ?Sokol? organization. In conclusion the theoretical part describes the promotion of sport activities in Czech Republic and put it in comparison with Slovak Republic. In the practical part there were conducted semi-structured interviews with the youth football coaches with the aim to find out their motivations. Consequently there was proposed a Financial Grant for rewarding of the coaches as an effective motivation. Furthermore a survey was carried with the pupils to find out how they spend their leisure time by organized sporty activities. There was also carried out a survey with people borned in the year 1987 ? 1988 who had been actively playing football within the youth club preps. The main purpose of the survey was to find the influence of organized sports run in childhood on sports activities run in maturity. The conclusion of the paper summarizes the findings and recomendations.
