Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou překladu právní terminologie. Na základě vnitrostátních právních předpisů sleduje míru ekvivalence zvolených českých a španělských termínů a v kontextu vybraných legislativních dokumentů Evropské Unie o policejní spolupráci se věnuje problematice jednotného výkladu.
