Innovative use of digital technologies in education in SKODA AUTO a.s.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu spokojenosti zaměstnanců společnosti Škoda Auto a.s. s nabízenými vzdělávacími možnostmi, zejména s ohledem na online formu vzdělávání. Cílem bylo zjistit, jaké vzdělávací formy zaměstnanci preferují, zda jsou otevřeni novým metodám vzdělávání a jak často využívají aktuálně dostupné vzdělávací zdroje. Teoretická část práce poskytuje přehled o metodách digitálního vzdělávání a specifik tohoto druhu vzdělávání. Praktická část vychází z dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci a analyzuje jejich spokojenost se vzdělávacími aktivitami a platformami a také motivaci k využívání těchto nástrojů. Na základě zjištění jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení vzdělávacích systémů v rámci organizace, s důrazem na vhodnou integraci digitálních technologií.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of the contentment of employees of Škoda Auto a.s. with the educational opportunities offered, especially regarding the online form of education. The aim was to find out what forms of education employees prefer, whether they are open to new methods of education and how often they use currently available educational resources. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an overview of digital learning methods and the specifics of this type of education. The practical part is based on data obtained from a questionnaire survey among employees and analyses their contentment with learning activities and platforms and their motivation to use these tools. Based on the findings, recommendations are proposed to improve the learning systems within the organization, with an emphasis on the appropriate integration of digital technologies.
