Changes in the Consumption Behaviour of Tourists due to the Development of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem rychle se rozvíjející umělé inteligence na spotřební chování turistů. Jejím cílem je zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují rozhodování o použití umělé inteligence při spotřebním chování turistů. První dvě kapitoly seznamují s teoretickým základem, který je dále uplatněn v třetí kapitole. V ní je s pomocí kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření proveden výzkum založený na kombinovaném výzkumném modelu TAM a TPB. Získaná data jsou následně zpracována a vyhodnocena pomocí statistických metod. Práce pomáhá pochopit tuto rychle se vyvíjející oblast a její výsledky slouží jak podnikatelům, tak vědcům pro další zkoumání.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis explores the impact of rapidly developing artificial intelligence on tourists' consumption behaviour. The aim is to find out what factors influence the decision to use AI in tourists' consumption behaviour. The first two chapters introduce the theoretical background, which is then applied in chapter three. Here, using a quantitative questionnaire survey, research based on a combined TAM and TPB research model is conducted. The collected data are then processed and evaluated using statistical methods. The thesis helps to understand this rapidly evolving field and its results serve both entrepreneurs and researchers for further investigation.
