Risk of working with people during mergers and acquisitions
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Rizika práce s lidmi při fúzích a akvizicích“ je analyzovat a vyhodnotit realizaci obsazení pracovních pozic v retailové divizi banky v rámci fúze Živnostenské banky a HVB Bank Czech Republic se vztahem k motivaci zaměstnanců a sjednocení firemních kultur.
Abstract:
The objective of the presented bachelor work "Risk of working with people during mergers and acquisitions" is to present and analyse staffing realisation in a retail bank division while realising the Živnostenská banka and HVB Bank Czech Republic corp. merger process, this all in relation to employee motivation and corporate culture integration.
