Diplomová práce nazvaná Řízení procesů v celní agentuře se zabývá řízením vybraných procesů v podniku. Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě analýzy vybraných procesů v celní agentuře identifikovat nedostatky, navrhnout nápravná opatření a provést ekonomické zhodnocení.
