Anotace:

The thesis deals with the issue of financial planning and financial analysis in corporate business practice. The author investigates the key theoretical aspects related to financial planning and financial analysis, and explains the importance of those activities for companies wishing to succeed in their business. The practical part of the research analyzes a business project for the creation of a boutique hotel in Prague. The author develops the hotel’s business idea, justifies the choice of the funding option, and provides an overview of financial indicators to be achieved by the entity. The findings of the thesis should be of value to researchers investigating the topic of financial planning and financial analysis in corporate practice.
