Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kolektivizací venkova, perzekucí jejích odpůrců a následnými hospodářskými procesy. Jejím cílem je analyzovat vykonstruovaný politický proces se synem, jednoho ze statkářů hospodařícího v malé obci ve frýdlantském výběžku, který byl na počátku padesátých let odsouzen k trestu odnětí svobody společně s dalšími pracovníky statku. This bachelor thesis deals with the collectivization of countryside, persecution of its opponents and subsequent trials. The objective of this thesis is to analyze a fabricated political process concerning a farmer´s son, who was farming in a small village in the Frýdlant district and was sentenced at the beginning of the 1950s to a custodial sentence together with other workers on the farm.
