Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce „Podnikatelsky záměr na založení a provozování kavárny“ je poskytnout teoretický pohled na finanční a marketingové řízení firem, pochopit specifiku trhu stravovacích zařízení, zanalyzovat a vyhodnotit možnosti pořízení komerční nemovitosti pro provozování kavárny v Praze, zpracovat marketingový plán pomocí marketingových prvků, a udělat finanční plán pro založení kavárny.
