Opportunities to develop communication skills a student with developmental dysphasia and mild central hypotonia

Abstract:

Anotace Tématem předložené bakalářské práce je problematika specificky narušeného vývoje řeči. Teoretická část na základě rozboru dostupné literatury zkoumá kognitivní, psychomotorický a řečový vývoj jedince. Vysvětluje pojem komunikace, narušená komunikační schopnost a narušená komunikační schopnost u tělesně postižených. Definuje pojem specificky narušený vývoj řeči, zabývá se etiologií a symptomatologií vývojové dysfázie a zdůrazňuje nutnost ucelené rehabilitace a týmové spolupráce při terapii. Hlavním cílem části výzkumné byla analýza možností rozvoje komunikační kompetence žáka s vývojovou dysfázií a lehkou centrální hypotonií. Dílčími cíli bylo analyzovat metody aplikace ve vzdělávacím procesu a postupy logopedické intervence. Empirická část tedy na základě dostupných lékařských, psychologických a speciálněpedagogických záznamů zpracovává kazuistiku žáka Dále hodnotí výsledky pozorování a stanovuje doporučení pro další vzdělávání a rozvoj komunikační kompetence žáka.

Abstract:

Annotation The topic of the thesis is the problem of specifically impaired speech development. The theoretical part exemines based on analysis of available literature the cognitive, psychomotor and speech ontogeny. It explains the concept of communication, communication disorder and communication disorder with physical disabilities. Defines specifically impaired speech development, deals with the etiology and symptoms of developmental dysphasia, and empasises the need for comprehensive rehabilitation and teamwork of the therapy. The main objective of the research was to analyze the possibility of development of communicative competence of the pupil with developmental dysphasia and mild central hypotonia. Sub-objective goal was to analyze the method of application in the educational process and practices of speech therapy. Empirical part, therefore, on the basis of available medical, psychological, and special pedagogic records processes the reports of the pupil. It also evaluates the results of observation and provides recommendations for further education and development of the pupil's communicative competence.
