Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá v současné době velice aktuální problematikou civilně právní exekuce, zejména pak srovnáním změn, které do právního řádu ČR přinesl v roce 2001 zákon č. 120/2001 Sb., exekuční řád. My diploma work deals with the contemporary legal regulations of the civil distress proceedings pursuant to Act No. 120/2001 Coll. in comparison with distress of debtor based on part six of the Act. No. 99/1963 Coll. civil proceeding code. It is focused mainly on the legal changes caused by approval of the Act No. 120/2001 Coll and the distress of money debts.
