Corporate Social Responsibility in the company Transform Inc.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá společenskou a sociální odpovědností firem. První část je věnována jejímu teoretickému objasnění pomocí třech pilířů, které jsou jejím základem. Tyto pilíře tvoří ekonomická, environmentální a sociální oblast. V druhé části se teoretické poznatky aplikují v praxi, konkrétně v podniku Transform a.s.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with corporate social responsibilty. Its first part is dedicated to theoretical explanation by means of three pillars that are fundamental. These three pillars conist of economic, environmental and social elements. In the second part, the teoretical conclusions are applied to practical exmaples, in the company Transform Inc.
