Leadership style as a factor of work efficiency
Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze stylů vedení a jejich vlivu na efektivitu práce zaměstnanců. Tato práce se skládá z teoretické a empirické části. První část představuje přehled literatury týkající se daného tématu. Druhou tvoří vlastní analýza hloubkových rozhovorů se dvěma manažery různých organizací a dotazníkové šetření provedené mezi jejich podřízenými.

The submitted bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of leadership styles and their influence on the effectiveness of employees. This thesis consists of theoretical and empirical parts.
