The Motivation to Abnormal Alcohol Consummation among Adolescents

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací k nadměrnému užívání alkoholu u adolescentů. Vychází z předpokladu, že jedna z hlavních příčin jsou negativní poměry v domácnosti, jako například rozvod rodičů nebo smrt blízké osoby v rodině. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny hlavní pojmy jako závislost, alkoholismus, adolescence a intervence. Dále se zabývá možnou souvislostí rodinného prostředí a nadměrného užívání alkoholu mladistvými. Praktická část je vymezená pro kvalitativní rozhovory s respondenty, kteří měli jako mladiství, vážný problém způsobený konzumací alkoholu (např. opakování ročníku, krádeže, otravu alkoholem apod.). Cílem bylo zjistit, co bylo motivací k jejich konzumaci alkoholu. Rozhovory byly rovněž zaměřeny na užívání i dalších návykových látek. K vyhodnocení rozhovorů byla zvolena tematická analýza. Většina dotazovaných naznačovala souvislost jejich nadměrného užívání alkoholu jako důsledek domácího prostředí.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the motivation for excessive use of alcohol in adolesscents. It is based on the assumption that the one of the maint causes are negative conditions in the household, such as the divorce of parents ort he death of a close family member. In the theoretical part are defined main topics such are addiction, alcoholism, adolescence and intervention. It also deals with possible connection between family environment and excessive alcohol use in adolescents. In the practical part are qualitative interviews with respondents, who, as a adolescents, had a serious problém caused by alcohol consumption (for example repeating the school year, theft, alcohol poisoning, etc.). The aim was to find out what was the motivation to their alcohol consumption. The interviews were also focused on the use of other addictive substances. For evaluation of the interviews was used the thematic analysis. Most of the respondents indicated a context between their excessive alcohol use as a result of the conditions at home.
