Prace se zabyva trhem prace a uplatneni hercu v Ceske republice. Teoreticka cast objasnuje trh prace v herecke sfere a definuje zakladni pojmy jako jsou herec ci casting. This thesis focuses on the labor market and actors employability in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the theory of labor market in the performing area and defines basic concepts such as actor or casting.
