Prace se zabyva trhem prace a uplatneni hercu v Ceske republice. Teoreticka cast objasnuje trh prace v herecke sfere a definuje zakladni pojmy jako jsou herec ci casting. This thesis focuses on the labor market and actors employability in the Czech Republic.
