Optimization of manufacturing processes
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat a provést srovnání výrobních procesů dvou vinařství různých velikostí a stupňů vývoje, aby bylo možné zlepšit výrobní procesy menšího vinařství. Použitá metodika byla kombinací metodik zlepšování podnikových procesů, které vycházely zejména z Lean managementu, Six-Sigma a TQM. Bylo zjištěno několik možných vylepšení, která byla poté úspěšně implementována.
Abstract:
The goal of this masters thesis is to analyze and conduct a comparison of the production processes of two wineries of different sizes and maturity stages in order to draw improvements for the production processes of the smaller of the two.
