Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje odhadu střední hodnoty ceny bytu v různých regionech ČR pomocí tzv. faktorových modelů a metody nejmenších čtverců. Pro výpočet se používá lineární regresní model, u kterého se odhadované hodnoty vypočítají pomocí metody nejmenších čtverců. Nalezneme zde popis náhodné veličiny, empirické distribuční funkce, popis a konstrukce histogramu, které se pro popis využívají. Nechybí …more

This thesis is dedicated to estimation of apartment price by help of with factor models and least square method. The calculation is performed using a linear regression model, wherein the estimated value calculated by the least squares method.
