Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na filozofii "raw food", jaké potraviny se mohou konzumovat a jakou technologií je lze zpracovávat. Také jak se Česká republika staví k "raw food", zda Češi znají "raw food" a jestli je o restaurace nabízející "raw food" zájem. The bachelor thesis is focused on the philosophy of raw food. Which food can be consumed and how can it be processed. The Czech Republic´s approach to raw food, if Czechs know raw food and are interested in restaurants that offer it.
