Abstract:

Teoretická část se zabývá definicí a rozdílem mezi neformální a formální komunikací a podrobnostmi interkulturní komunikace. Praktická část analyzuje elektronickou poštu s cílem demonstrovat vlastnosti a podmínky používání neformální a formální elektronické pošty a rozdíl mezi vysoce kontextovou a nízko kontextovou kulturou.

Abstract:

Email is one of the most common forms of communication in the modern world. Because of its numerous advantages, accounting, detailed, accurate, free, and will not be lost. It is widely used in work and study, as well as becoming an indispensable and important communication tool in life. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I describe the role and definition of informal and formal communication in e-mail. In the cross-cultural section, I describe the importance of cross-cultural communication for email. In the practical part, I compare than informal and formal emails separately. Trying to prove that both formal and informal emails have their advantages as well as application occasions. For cross-cultural communication, I divided emails into high and low contexts for comparison. Trying to find the difference between them to get a better grasp of cross-cultural communication.
