Effectiveness of regulativ and supervisit of the markets in financial instruments and measurement
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce, je shrnout dostupné poznatky o efektivnosti regulace a dohledu a způsobech jejího měření. Práce si klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s touto problematikou, která je doplněna dalšími teoretickými poznatky včetně historického vývoje, které doplňují celkový obraz práce pro lepší pochopení dané problematiky.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to summarize available evidence on the effectiveness of regulation and supervision, and methods of measurement. The thesis aims to familiarize readers with this issue, which is supplemented by other theoretical findings, including historical development, that complement the overall picture of the work for a better understanding of the issue.
