Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou regulace reklamy zaměřené na děti a reklamy, v níž jsou děti aktéry. První část je zaměřena na definování pojmů reklama a dítě v souvislosti se zákonnou a etickou regulací. Druhá část je zaměřena na dítě jakožto adresáta reklamy a třetí část se zabývá případy, kdy děti v reklamě účinkují. The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of regulation of advertising aimed at children and advertising in which children are actors.
