Regional User Cards for Social Services in the Karlovy Vary Region

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá regionálními kartami sociálních služeb. V úvodu uvádím důvod výběru tématu práce. Teoretická východiska se zabývají sociálními službami, charakteristikou potřeb a popisem regionálních karet sociálních služeb. V praktické části je vyhodnocení cílů této bakalářské práce. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je identifikovat kritické body a možnosti jejich řešení v procesu tvorby, zavádění a využití regionálních karet uživatelů sociálních služeb v Karlovarském kraji. Práce přibližuje celý proces zavádění a využití Regionálních karet do sociálních služeb v Karlovarském kraji, také metody zjišťování potřeb uživatelů sociálních služeb. Tato práce odhaluje úskalí při zavádění a využití regionálních karet do sociálních služeb. V závěru práce nastíní možnosti a způsoby, jak by bylo možné regionální karty v sociálních službách využívat v praxi efektivněji.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with regional files of social services. In the beginning I state a reason why I have chosen this topic. Theoretical outcomes work with social services, characteristics of the needs and describe the regional social services files. Practical part aims at evaluation of the goals in this thesis. The aim of my work is to identify the critical points and opportunities of a solution in the process of creation, implementation and usage of users' Regional social service files in Karlovy Vary Region. The thesis describes the whole process of implementation and usage of social service files in Karlovy Vary Region as well as the methods of surveying the needs the users of social services have. The work also reveals some difficulties while the implementation and the usage of the social service files. In the end I would like to highlight some options and ways how it may be possible to use the social service files in the practice more efficiently.
