Abstract:

Diplomová práce je věnována tématu firemní kultury, a jejího vlivu na motivaci zaměstnanců. Cílem této práce je poskytnout vhled do tématiky prostřednictvím teoretických východisek, analyzovat současný stav řízení lidských zdrojů v konkrétním podniku a navrhnout možná zlepšení v oblastech, kde byla tato potřeba identifikována. Tato práce popisuje významné aspekty firemní kultury ve společnosti a poukazuje na podstatné přístupy. Následně práce rozebírá známé teorie a věnuje se propojení motivace a firemní kultury. Zkoumá především motivaci zaměstnanců a jejich potřeby k maximální spokojenosti. Tento vliv se snaží popsat především za pomocí vlivu určitých prvků, ovlivňujících atmosféru a jednotlivé aspekty motivace. Práce poskytuje ucelený pohled na firemní kulturu a jí ovlivněnou motivaci. Výsledky diplomové práce přináší informace o firemní kultuře společnosti a specifických podmínek, které mohou značně ovlivnit efektivitu a atmosféru v organizaci. Tyto výsledky vychází z dotazníkového šetření, které probíhalo jak online formou, tak papírovou formou, na firemní kulturu a firemní hodnoty s individuálními respondenty. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo jak mezi manažery, tak mezi zaměstnanci na nižších pozicích. Tato kombinace přispěla k lepšímu vysvětlení a pochopení zkoumaného problému.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is devoted to the topic of corporate culture, and how culture affects the motivation of employees. The aim of this work is to provide insight into the topic through theoretical background, analyze the current state of human resource management in a particular company and suggest possible improvements in areas where this need has been identified. This work describes important aspects of corporate culture in society and points out important approaches. Subsequently, the work analyzes the known theories and deals with the connection between motivation and corporate culture. It mainly examines the motivation of employees and their needs for maximum satisfaction. He tries to describe this influence mainly with the help of the influence of certain elements influencing the atmosphere and individual aspects of motivation. The work provides a comprehensive view of corporate culture and its motivation. The results of the diploma thesis provide information about the corporate culture of the company and specific conditions that can significantly affect the efficiency and atmosphere in the organization. These results are based on a questionnaire survey, which took place both online and in paper form on corporate culture and corporate values with individual respondents. The questionnaire survey was conducted both among managers and among lower positions. This combination helped to better explain and understand the problem under study.
