Abstract:
My diploma thesis has a theoretical and empirical character. Its subject matter is concentrated on formation of the concept of the burnout syndrom at primary school teachers. Theoretical part of my thesis is focused on defining and history of this concept, separate phases of the burnout process, its marks, diagnosis of burnout and differences between burnout syndrom and other mental states. Predložená diplomová práca má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Svojim obsahom sa zameriava na vznik syndrómu vyhorenia u učiteľov základných škôl. Teoretická časť práce sa zameriava na definovanie a históriu pojmu, priebeh tohto procesu, jednotlivé príznaky, diagnostiku, ale aj porovnanie s inými psychickými stavmi.
