Rostlinná barviva jsou velmi zajímavou, ale také náročnou kapitolou v učebnicích biologie či chemie na středních školách. Cílem teoretické části této bakalářské práce bylo provést rešerši vědeckých a didaktických článků a zpracovat přehledný text, který přibližuje téma rostlinných barviv především učitelům a může jim pomáhat při výuce. Plant pigments are a highly interesting yet challenging topic in textbooks used in high schools.
