Předmětem bakalářské práce je téma Maximalizace hodnoty firmy jako základní cíl podnikání. V teoretické části práce se budu věnovat cílům podnikání, cílům finančního řízení, hodnotě firmy jako komplexnímu ukazateli řízení cílů a nakonec generátorům hodnoty firmy a přístupům k určení hodnoty společnosti. The subject of this bachelor work is the Maximizing the value of a company as a fundamental business objective. In the theoretical part I deal with company's objectives, goals, financial management, firm value as indicators of comprehensive management objectives and ultimately generators of company value.
