Internal Accounting Rules of the Company

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Vnitřní účetní směrnice podniku“ je analyzovat legislativní úpravu tvorby interních účetních směrnic a zpracovat návrh směrnic pro konkrétní účetní jednotku. Na základě teoretických východisek a související legislativy jsem provedla analýzu systému směrnic v konkrétním podniku a navrhla nový systém směrnic, který by měl usnadňovat vnitřní řízení podniku. Podrobněji je rozebrána směrnice zaměřená na pokladní agendu a na úschovu účetních záznamů. Celý systém je zhodnocen z hlediska organizačního a ekonomického vlivu na podnik.

Abstract:

The goal of the bachelor thesis: “Internal Accounting Rules of the Company” is to analyze legislative regulations of creating internal accounting rules and to cover the scheme of internal regulations for a particular accounting entity. Based on the theoretical background and related legislation I analyzed the system of internal regulations in a particular company and a proposed new system of internal rules which would simplify the internal running of the company. There is an emphasis on internal regulations of cash desk agenda and archiving accounting notes. The whole system is judged from the perspective of the organizational and economical effect on the company.
