Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním starších osob v reakci na demografické stárnutí v Japonsku. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak se vyvíjí od roku 2012 přístup japonské vlády a vybraných soukromých podniků ke vzdělávání starších osob za účelem jejich delšího udržení na trhu práce. This thesis deals with the education of older people in response to demographic ageing in Japan.
