Abstract:

Diplomová práce zjišťuje úroveň znalostí seniorů v první pomoci. Její obsahem je nejen průzkum znalostí a dovedností, ale i to, zda je rozdíl v úrovni znalostí mezi muži a ženami, mezi seniory nad 75 a pod 75 let, ale i mezi seniory s nižším a vyšším vzděláním. Práce zjišťuje také bariéry, které bráni seniorům v poskytování první pomoci a zda mají senioři zájem získávat nové informace o první pomoci. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části jsme se pokusily v jednotlivých kapitolách obeznámit s problematikou stáří, demografii stáří, gerontologii, geriatrii, a ze vzděláváním ve stáří. Část teorie jsem věnovala informacím o první pomoci. Těžiště práce tvoří kvantitativní průzkumové šetření vědomostí a znalostí 150 seniorů ve znalostních otázkách v první pomoci. Výsledná analýza a interpretace údajů poskytuje informace o správnosti a nesprávnosti odpovědí na vědomostní otázky v první pomoci. Respondenty byli senioři v domácím prostředí, v penzioně pro důchodce a v domově s pečovatelskou službou. V diskuzi jsou poznámky k dané problematice. Diplomová práce se snaží obeznámit veřejnost s rozsahem znalostí seniorů v první pomoci, a pokouší se najít řešení nepříznivé situace v dané oblasti. V závěru práce nabádáme seniory k tomu, aby si své znalosti o první pomoci doplňovaly, a doporučujeme, jakými formami je možné získat užitečné a potřebné informace o první pomoci.

Abstract:

Thesis determined the level of knowledge of older people in first aid. Its content is not only a survey of knowledge and skills, but also to whether the difference in the level of knowledge among men and women, among seniors over 75 and under 75 years of age, but also among older people with lower and higher education. This work identifies the barriers that prevent older people in the provision of first aid, and whether older people interested in gaining new information about first aid. Thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, we have attempted in each chapter about the problems of old age, age demography, gerontology, geriatrics, and training in old age. Part of the theory I give information on first aid. The focus of the work consists of a quantitative survey examiner knowledge and expertise of older people in the 150 questions in the knowledge of first aid. The resulting analysis and interpretation of data provides information on the correctness and incorrectness of responses to questions in the knowledge of first aid. Respondents were seniors at home, in the pension for pensioners and home care services. In the discussion are comments on the matter. Thesis seeks to acquaint the public with a range of knowledge of older people in first aid, and tries to find a solution to the adverse situation in the region. At the end of the work encourage seniors to make their knowledge on first aid supplement, and we recommend that such forms can be obtained and useful information on first aid.
