Bakalářská práce, jejíž téma zní postavení nukleární kardiologie v současné diagnostice ICHS, její možnosti a předpokládaný vývoj v blízké budoucnosti, se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část přibližuje čtenářům možnosti nukleární kardiologie a popisuje různé vyšetřovací metody srdce. Zdůrazňuje vyšetření perfúze myokardu a viability pomocí fluorodeoxyglukózy.
