Imposition and Rationalization of Sanctions within Administrative Criminal Law
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá ukládáním sankcí ve správním právu trestním, obsahuje rozbor správního řízení, rozhodnutí, správních deliktů a sankcí, které je možné za ně uložit, a dále rozebírá postup a úvahy správních orgánů při výběru druhu sankce a při vyměření výše sankce. Také se zabývá problematikou odůvodnění úvah správních orgánů při ukládání sankcí.

This work deals with the imposition of sanctions within administrative criminal law, contains analysis of the administrative procedure, decision, administrative delicts and sanctions, that may be imposed for them, and further examines the process and considerations of administrative authorities in choosing the type of sanction, and in assessing the amount of the sanction.
