Strategies Applied by Employees in Online Education

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá průzkumem strategií, které zaměstnanci ve firmě užívají při plnění online vzdělávání. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. V teoretické části je čtenář seznámen se základními teoretickými koncepty, které pojednávají o specifikách vzdělávání dospělých, vzdělávání prostřednictvím e-learningu a vzdělávání v prostředí firmy. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, který se zaměřoval na zodpovězení hlavní výzkumné otázky, která hledá odpověď na to, jaké strategie zaměstnanci užívají při plnění online firemního vzdělávání. V rámci výzkumu byly detekovány čtyři hlavní strategie, které zaměstnanci užívají a ty byly představeny v dalších kontextech. V závěrečné diskuzi jsou výsledky empirického šetření uvedeny v kontextu teoretických konceptů, prezentovaných v první části práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the research of strategies that are used by employees within company online education. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, the reader is introduced to the basic theoretical concepts that focus on the specifics of adult education, online education, and education in the company environment. In the empirical part, the results of the research are presented. The main aim of the empirical part was to answer the main research question about the specific strategies that are being used by employees within the company's online education. Four main strategies have been detected in the research and were introduced within other contexts. The results of the research are put into the theoretical concepts that are presented in the first part of the thesis in the final discussion.
