The analysis of the result of economy in supplementary pension companies and their comparison

Abstract:

The main focus of the thesis is an analysis of the management results in supplementary pension companies and a comparison of such companies. The work consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of financial indicators and their significance with respect to economic entities. Chapter two is focused on financial management of supplementary pension insurance companies and their approach towards distribution of management results. At the same time, this chapter discusses in detail the economic outcomes of individual companies. The third and final chapter offers a proposal for more effective management within these business entities, which form the third pillar of retirement saving – i.e. supplementary pension saving.

Abstract:

Hlavnou témou diplomovej práce je analýza výsledku hospodárenia v doplnkových dôchodkových spoločnostiach a ich vzájomné porovnanie. Práca pozostáva z troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá definovaním finančných ukazovateľov a popisom ich významu pre ekonomické subjekty. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na finančné hospodárenie v doplnkových dôchodkových poisťovniach a ich prístupom k rozdeľovaniu výsledku hospodárenia, zároveň táto kapitola podrobne rozoberá ekonomické výsledky za jednotlivé doplnkové dôchodkové spoločnosti. Tretia, záverečná kapitola poskytuje návrh na zefektívnenie hospodárenia v týchto podnikateľských subjektoch, ktoré predstavujú správu tretieho piliera dôchodkového zabezpečenia – tzv. doplnkového dôchodkového sporenia.
