Abstract:
Cílem této práce je komplexní analýza judikatury Ústavního soudu, která se zabývá vlastnostmi evropského práva, jeho působením na vnitrostátní právo České republiky a jejich vzájemným vztahem. Tedy judikatury, ve které Soud formuloval svou evropskou doktrínu.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is a complete analysis of ruling of the Constitutional court, which deals with characteristics of the European law, its influence on the domestic law of the Czech Republic ant their mutual relationship. This presents the law, in which the court has formulated the European doctrine.
