Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu průběhu a provádění daňové exekuce. Cílem práce je popis postupů správce daně při provádění daňové exekuce podle zákona o správě daní a poplatků a nově podle daňového řádu, vymezení odlišností a zhodnocení jejich aplikace v praxi.
