Modern attitude to production management
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá výrobním procesem firmy NE2D Projekt s.r.o., která vypracovává projektové dokumentace v oboru dopravních a pozemních staveb. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat výrobní proces firmy, nalezení nedostatků, jež mají za příčinu nemaximalizování zisků firmy a navrhnout aplikaci metod moderních metod řízení výroby, které povedou k zefektivnění výrobního procesu firmy.
Abstract:
This thesis is dealing with manufacturing process of company NE2D Projekt s.r.o., which produces project documentations in filed of transportations structures and buildings. Thesis aims to analyze compay's manufacturing process, to find shortcomings, which lower company's income and to propose aplicatons of modern methods of production management to increase company's income.
