Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vliv operace šedého zákalu na stav endotelové vrstvy rohovky. Teoretická část se zabývá stručným morfologickým popisem rohovky a dále důkladnou charakteristikou vrstvy endoteliálních buněk, jejím vyšetřováním a faktory, které souvisí s úbytkem endotelových buněk. The aim of this study is to assess the effect of cataract surgery on the corneal endothelial layer.
