Abstract:
The effect of auxin herbicides on endogenous auxin homeostasis have not been studied detailly yet. The aim of this master thesis is to reveal the auxin background of model plant Arabidopsis thaliana after application of five herbicides in different concentrations. Účinkem auxinových herbicidů na endogenní auxinovou rovnováhu rostlin se doposud detailněji nikdo nezabýval. Tato diplomová práce si proto klade za cíl rozkrýt auxinové pozadí modelové rostliny A. thaliana po aplikaci pěti auxinových herbicidů v různých koncentracích.
