Práce popisuje vývoj cestovního ruchu v Evropské Unii s podrobným zaměřením na Bulharsko a Rumunsko. První část zpracovává vývoj zemí EU jako celku, vzhledem k počtu přenocování, intenzitě cestovního ruchu a ubytovacím kapacitám. The thesis describes development of tourism in the economy of the European Union with a closer focus on new member states - Bulgaria and Romania. The first part describes develepment of tourism in EU as a whole, focusing on tourist nights, intensity of tourism and accommodation capacity.
