Computer Criminality

Abstract:

Tato práce si klade za cíl vyzdvihnout počítačovou kriminalitu ze skupiny obecně vnímaných trestných činů, které jsou v dnešní době považovány jako méně společensky nebezpečné jevy. První kapitola je především zaměřena na charakteristiku a definici pojmu počítačová kriminalita. V dalších kapitolách si objasníme právní klasifikaci nejběžnějších druhů kyberkriminality, se kterými se může nejčastěji setkat běžný uživatel a to dle zákona č. 40/2009 Sb. Kromě toho se také blíže seznámíme s problematikou dětské pornografie v rámci otázek počítačové kriminality. Závěrečná kapitola je tvořena vlastní analýzou provedenou prostřednictvím dat získaných pomocí vlastního dotazníkového výzkumu. Výsledky této analýzy jsou postaveny na obecném vnímání počítačové kriminality a to především z pohledu běžného uživatele.

Abstract:

This work focuses on the target to pick up cybercriminality, which is nowadays considered to be less socially dangerous phenomenon, from the group of generally percepted crimes. The first chapter is mainly focused on characteristic and definition of the term cybercriminality. In further chapters I clarify legal clasification of the most common kinds of cybercriminality the common user can meet, under the law no. 40/2009 of the Code. Besides that we closer aquaintwith the problems of child pornography in the frame of issues of cybercriminality. Closing chapter consists of own analysis through the data gained by my own questionnaire survey. The results of this analysis are based on the common perception of computer criminality chiefly from the point of view of a common computer user.
