Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá srovnáním postavení prezidenta v České a Slovenské republice. V úvodních kapitolách zmiňuje otázku rozpadu společné federace a vznik samostatných států a jejich ústav a dále vymezuje obecně postavení hlavy státu. Jádrem práce je pak srovnání vztahů prezidentů k ostatním složkám moci a jejich pravomocí, a to nejen z hlediska formálně právního, ale i s přihlédnutím k faktickému stavu …more
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is comparing of position of the president of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The substance of this thesis deals with position of presidents in the relation to the other constitutional bodies, powers and authorities both constitutional and real situation.
