Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou aniontových tenzidů na bázi kyseliny glutamové pomocí kapalinové chromatografie. Teoretická část je zaměřena tenzidy z hlediska jejich rozdělení, vlastností a využití. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with analysis of anionic surfactants based on glutamic acid by liquid chromatography. The theoretical part is focused on surfactants from the point of view of their distribution, properties and use.
