Using cell free fetal DNA in the maternal blood in molecular diagnosis
Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnout poznatky o volné fetální DNA. Využití volné fetální DNA v molekulární diagnostice je například při určení pohlaví plodu, detekci chromozomálních aneuploidií nebo dědičných chorob. Metody založené na detekci DNA plodu v krevní plazmě těhotné ženy přináší nové možnosti v neinvazivní prenatální diagnostice.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor work is to give a summary of findings about cell-free fetal DNA. Using of cell-free fetal DNA in molecular diagnostic is, for example, fetal sex-determination, detection of chromosomal anueploidies or inherit diseases. Methods based on detection of fetal DNA in maternal plasma of pregnant woman open new possibilities in a noninvasive prenatal diagnosis.
