Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou eventů zaměřených na rodiny s dětmi, které jsou realizovány na území destinace Region HANÁ. Předmětem analýzy jsou dva sportovní eventy: Hanácký cestovatel a Mánesova stezka a dva kulturní eventy: Čarovný les a Barevné velikonoce. Toto téma jsem si zvolila z důvodu aktuálnosti. V dnešní době jsou eventy jedním ze stěžejních prvků v cestovním ruchu. Důkladnou analýzou těchto eventů chci přispět k celkovému zvýšení její úrovně. Cílovou skupinu rodiče s dětmi jsem zvolila s ohledem na perspektivu, protože aktivní trávení volného času je jednou z priorit při výchově dětí a mládeže ke zdravému životnímu stylu. Důležité je zabývat se tímto tématem, protože dnešní děti se za několik let stanou ekonomicky aktivními účastníky cestovního ruchu. Cílem práce je analýza konkrétních eventů prostřednictvím kvantitativního výzkumu. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření a zpracované SWOT analýzy navrhuji doporučení k jejich komplexnímu rozvoji. Výzkumný soubor obsahoval 1009 respondentů, kteří se účastnili sledovaných eventů. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že 40 % účastníků sledovaných eventů má bydliště mimo Region HANÁ, dále 60 % všech účastníků tvoří rodiče s dětmi a také vyplývá, že motivem k návštěvě eventů je tradice. Z výsledku výzkumu dále plyne, že větší množství účastníků sportovních eventů jde hlavně za konkrétním eventem a ne za destinací, na rozdíl od 67 % účastníků kulturních eventů, kteří by destinaci navštívili i bez účasti na zkoumaném eventu. V závěru diplomové práce navrhuji konkrétní doporučení k rozvoji jednotlivých eventů.

Abstract:

This dissertation deals with the analysis of the events focused on families with children in the HANÁ region. The analysis focuses on two sport events: Hanácký cestovatel and Mánesova stezka; and two cultural events Čarovný les and Barevné velikonoce. This topic was chosen due to its recency. Events are one of the most important elements in the tourism these days. By doing a thourough analysis of these events I want to contribute to their improvement. The target group parents with children was chosen because the active way of free time is one of the priorities when bringing up children and teenagers towards the healthy life style. It is important to deal with this topic because nowadays children are going to become active participants of the tourism in a few years time. The aim of the dissertation is the analysis of the particular events using the quantitative research. Using the results of the questionaire survey and the SWOT analysis I suggest recommendations for their complex development. The survey consisted of 1009 participants. The results show that 40 % of the participants of the survey have their permanent address out of the HANÁ region, 60 % of the participants consist of parents with children and it also shows that the reason for the visit is tradition. Further the survey showed that a decent number of sports events participants is interested in particular event, not destination; compared to the 67 % of the cultural event participants who would visit the destination even without the participation on the particular event. In the conclusion I suggest specific recommendations for the further development of particular events.
