Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem obchodování s lidmi jakožto zločinem proti lidskosti. Konkrétně je cílem této práce odpovědět na otázku, zda lze obchodování s lidmi stíhat jako zločin proti lidskosti před Mezinárodním trestním soudem. This thesis deals with the topic of trafficking in human beings as a crime against humanity.The main aim of the text is to answer the question, whether trafficking in human beings can be prosecuted as a crime against humanity at the International criminal court.
