Bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací zákona o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže za protiprávní činy dětí mladších 15let se zaměřením na období 2006 -2009 z pohledu kurátora pro mládež. Tento zákon, který platí od roku 2004 je přelomovou změnou v oblasti posuzování mládeže za protiprávní činy. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the application of the Act on Juvenile Justice for illegal acts by children under the age of 15 years, focusing on the period of the years 2006 ? 2009 in the view of officers in charge of youth in risk.
